Requesting review

Contact the approved order-support channel before returning an item. Include the order number, the item involved, its condition, and the reason for the request.

Damaged or incorrect items

Report a damaged or incorrect item promptly and retain the product and packaging while the request is reviewed. Photographs or other order details may be requested.

Cancellations and refunds

Contact order support as soon as possible to request a cancellation. A request cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins or an order ships. Any approved refund is handled through the applicable payment method and order process.
